Meet The Team
Founder & CEO

Jerlin has over 7 years of project management experience having worked at Intel, where she led enterprise technology projects involving SAP and data warehousing. Her strength lies in understanding complex problems and gathering the right expertise to come up with creative and cost-effective solutions. Data gathering before making decisions is one of her pivotal strengths when coming up with plans to follow or alter. Jerlin holds a B.S. in International Affairs and a Masters in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco. In her spare time, you will find her optimizing a workout routine, engaging her kids in memorable activities or planning her next career steps as the owner and CEO of her female and minority-owned consulting firm.

With over 16 years of consulting and analytics experience in the electric utility industry, Josh supports the development of rigorous plans and benefit-cost analyses that provide clear insight into investment options and enable sound decision-making based on overall net benefits.
Josh's areas of expertise are:
• Resilience Planning: Including plan review and cost-effectiveness analyses for utility resilience plans
• Value of Reliability: Including development of the Interruption Cost Estimate (ICE) Calculator, which has informed over $50 billion of grid modernization investments
• Demand Response / Distributed Energy Resources: Including studies of 20+ pilots and programs
